For me…SO DON'T LIKE the new FB interface.
It is very awkward to navigate.
Why the Heck did they think it needed to be changed>>????
Of course, there is no link from site to give feedback, or did I miss it?
Plz let me know if there is a real link to give feeback to FB.

My first reaction on seeing the site after the “refresh”… what the hell happened here, where’s everything…. that right there is a big blot on “usability”.

Somebody please tell them that when people get used to an experience, you change it to make it better… if you can’t, then sit tight and do nothing

someone in my friends list made their “what’s on your mind” to say something along the lines of “the new facebook reminds me of my mac.” Well it might look like a mac but it certainly doesn’t act like one, it definitely misses the whole concept of user friendly/usability.

Great post Phil, FB is so concerned about Twitter and wanting to be more like it they have lost focus on delivering a good user experence
