Palm is uniquely positioned to capitalize on something that is missing in the market... a mobile device that can serve both consumer and business needs while delivering a great user experience

Judging by the demo, this is the first device to offer a truly intuitive & compelling experience to compete with the iphone.

There isn't anything from samsung, RIM, nokia or otherwise that comes close because they are still focusing on technology & features instead of getting the experience 100% right.

technology will always get trumped by user experience :)

Does Palm come back into the limelight again or will this be an all show no go? After reading the comments, and watching the YouTube post, (which was great to see thanks) I am left wondering if the new Palm Pre will bring back the once strong Palm into the mobile arena.

As of right now we have Blackberry (Mr./Ms Business), and IPhone (Young Guns who want more style in their morning conversations). I know there are more phones out there but come-on. Will the new Palm Pre be able to take on either, or will its ability to do all things well but nothing great make it eventually lose the battle in the mobile world.
